Your warranty is registered with us!

Here are the warranty terms, and conditions of our products:

1. What is covered?

- any defects in material and workmanship of our products in the warranty.

- any defects in Grow lights and Driver/Controller of Altifarm.

- any defects in Grow lights and Controller of Herbstation.

- any defects in the LED unit and timer of Pico.

- any defects in the LED unit and timer of Pico Max.



2. What is not covered?

- any cosmetic damage caused by the user.

- any damage caused by incorrect operation or maintenance of the product.

- any damage caused during upgradation or repair by anyone other than Altifarm Enverde.

- any damage caused due to normal wear and tear.



3. How long does this coverage last?

Altifarm Enverde offers a warranty for all of our products for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery of the product and an extended warranty of 6 months if the warranty card is duly filled and submitted.



4. How to obtain service?

To obtain the warranty service, deliver the complete product in its original packaging with a receipt through prepaid transportation by the customer to the authorized address provided by Altifarm Enverde.
